3. Data Storage & Security
Enquiry data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (encrypted at rest) and backed up securely. We do not store data on third-party SaaS platforms. Your personal information is accessible only to Terry Zhou (sole operator of EYwALINK) and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
4. Data Retention
- Enquiries: 24 months after last contact
- Client records: 7 years post-engagement (tax compliance)
- Analytics: Aggregated only, anonymised after 14 days
5. Your Rights
Under the APPs, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by us
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to retention obligations)
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner

6. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses self-hosted Umami analytics that collect basic, anonymised usage statistics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking cookies. No personally identifiable data is sent to external services.
7. Cross-Border Data
While we support cross-border projects with Chinese partners, all data processing for EYwALINK enquiries and engagements occurs within Australian infrastructure. Data is not transferred outside Australia unless explicitly required by a client engagement.
